
ServiceNow Business Analyst - Award Winning Organisation! - Must have CMDB!

We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a renowned IT Service specialist organisation and recently awarded one of the fastest growing IT Services companies in the UK!
You will be working in a thriving fast paced environment implementing ServiceNow to a variety of customers.
You will be working with a growing brand that has built its reputation on professionalism, high performance, and excellence in delivery.
You will be working across a wide portfolio of clients, each with their own backgrounds, strengths, and ambitions, so no two days will be the same!
In your first program of work you will support a Financial Services client with a CMDB implementation, you will join a team of 5 Developers, 1 other BA, and a project lead.
In this role you will have/be:
* Strong knowledge and experience using ServiceNow platform and implementations.
* Experience with using ITOM, ITIL and CMDB preferably.
* Experience with Agile methodology
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management experience
* Proven experience working Service Now project delivery and solution implementation.
* Experience working with client processes and reporting.
* Running workshops, documenting requirements and user stories.
* Working closely with ServiceNow development team
