
Service Desk Support Engineer

£35,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Support Engineer to join a leading organisation that is currently going through a large period of growth!
This reputable organisation is focusing on a cloud-first strategy, so this will be a great opportunity to learn and progress your skills in Azure!
There is never a dull day in the fast-paced service desk environment, and you will be part of an expanding team delivering excellent customer service!
Core responsibilities:
* You will be the first point of contact for all IT issues and queries.
* Excellent problem management skills.
* Carrying out desk side support and calls.
* Resolving IT issues, fixes and supporting end users, service users.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook and Teams!
* Experience with Identity Access Management.
* Strong communication and people skills.
This organisation doesn't silo their support environment and so you will get involved with everything, progressing your skills and development within the organisation!
Due to a strong hands-on element to the role, this will be based on-site in the offices in Manchester.
