Senior Pricing Manager

£120,000 per annum
Company client is supporting one of the UK's biggest Personal Lines insurers in their search for a Senior Pricing Manager, to join an exciting new venture in the Insur-Tech space.
You will be an intergral part of the pricing team, currently comprised of 7 pricing professionals. You will be working in direct collaboration with one other senior pricing manager, managing a handful of direct reports.
This separate Insur-Tech arm has been created to allow for a new, more efficient way of pricing with the aim to implement this across the board in the near future. This new way of pricing will allow the successful candidate to upskill in techniques and software found in data science and machine learning.
The ideal candidate will have:
* General Insurance experience, more specifically Personal Lines (Motor).
* Price comparison experience.
* Management experience.
