Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

£80,000 per annum
I am currently supporting a leading Insurance business on their search for a Senior Financial Accountant during a period of growth.
The role will be responsible for:
* Management of the period end financial accounting processes including managing the premium receipt processes, month end accounting adjustments and reconciliation of key income statement and balance sheet accounts.
* Preparation of the annual statutory financial statements under IFRS.
* Liaising with external auditors on financial accounting related matters.
* Management of the assistant accountant.
Profile Requirements:
* Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Strong practical knowledge of IFRS.
* Proven experience within Insurance or Financial Services.
* Must have full right to work within the UK (no sponsorship available and applications will not be considered).
* Hybrid/flexible working available.
