Salesforce Application Manager

One of the world's leading luxury retailers are looking for an experienced Salesforce Application Manager to join their team.
They have implemented several products of the Salesforce suite - including Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The Salesforce ecosystem is now at the core of their client experience strategy and integrates with their various retail systems.
This organisation are seeking a Salesforce Application Manager to implement an operating model around Salesforce to ensure the good administration and functioning of the platforms. You will be responsible for managing the roadmap of evolutions around the Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with the wider teams.
Once an operating model is implemented you will have responsibility of managing that operating model, monitoring the health and security of their salesforce platforms, monitoring platform usage (licences, etc).
You will also be responsible for delivering this organisations Salesforce Roadmap Delivery - using your expertise to assess feasibility and impact of the requirements on Salesforce and the systems it integrates with.
This role also involves the management of relationships with Salesforce delivery partners/3rd parties (both onshore and offshore).
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* Extensive CRM Application experience.
* Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is essential.
* Requirements gathering and gap analysis.
* Functional and technical specifications.
* Collaboration with teams across the business (various IT departments, CRM, digital, marketing).
* Coordination with external development teams, technical teams and 3rd parties (both onshore and offshore).
* Backlog management, prioritisation.
* Support management, operations management around Salesforce platforms
