The Business Solutions team support multiple applications including Retail, Financial & Logistics. You will have the opportunity to join this team and spearhead a multitude of upcoming business critical projects whilst acting as the ambassador and subject matter expert for all Business Systems that this team supports.
You will be a key player in defining the management of retail systems and processes to ensure that all solutions are fit for purpose and connect all the teams to a holistic technology environment.

* You will have the opportunity to own the delivery of technology solutions which significantly impact the enhancement of the organisation's business systems and processes.
* Partnering with Retail, Finance & Logistics you will build exceptional relationships to ensure successful delivery and rollout of business critical projects.
* Take ownership of the product roadmap and business system enhancement requests from technical design to delivery.

What you will bring:
* Broad technical experience in Retail Systems in an omnichannel environment.
* Extensive experience of Cegid Y2 POS, e-commerce processes and systems, payment solutions and RFID.
* Exceptional analytical skills.
* Good understanding of retail and supply chain processes.
* Knowledge of ITIL and processes.
* Understanding of IT information security.
* Excellent documentation and written skills to manage user stories, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
* Ability to work with and communicate to a variety of audiences, executive level/peer-to-peer/ subordinate/ technical and non-technical etc.
* Excellent team attitude, approachable and good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively, influence and generate stakeholder engagement
