Operational Risk Manager - Front office

An exciting Operational Risk Manager role has been created in a growing and thriving Challenger Bank. The role will sit on the 1LOD/1.5LOD in the Front Office Treasury team, and you will be working on a hybrid arrangement from the London office.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain existing controls.
- Take ownership and improve the existing risk & control framework.
- Identify and quantify operational risks in the front office treasury team.
- Use RCSA process.
Essential skills / experiences:
- Operational risk experience in 1LOD/1.5LOD/2LOD.
- Control and process design experience.
- Banking or wider Financial Services experience.
- Treasury experience would be ideal.
