We are a dynamic and innovative company in the field of digital workplace solutions. We are looking for a talented Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) / System Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a UCC/System Engineer, you will be responsible for the telephony and collaboration solution, ensuring its smooth operation. You will work closely with the "Digital Workplace" team to continuously develop and integrate solutions into the operating environment. You will also support the team in various exciting on-prem and cloud topics such as mailing, printing, client management, application management, client virtualization, etc.
Requirements:
* Possess sound system engineering know-how in the operation and further development of UCC and CC solutions (preferably CISCO/RECOS solutions).
* Experience in the automation of technical processes and scripting know-how.
* Interest in a broad and varied field of activity, which you support with your experience in infrastructure, cloud and security.
* Analyze any disruptions that occur in a structured manner and ensure the support of external partners and their rapid elimination if necessary.
* Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and adequate knowledge of English.
This position is hybrid-working based in Luzern.
