Our cutting edge established client are looking for a strong administrational communicator to join their friendly team – they are a global leader in the design and supply of their products which are also sold internationally.
The role requires a good eye for detail and all-round office experience. You will be working within the engineering department keeping track of the documents within various projects to ensure the most up to date version is in use – by updating and revision as new documents come through and ensuring all documents agree.
This position is very varied as you will also be involved with logging holidays, arranging some business flights for the engineering team and diary management, this is an additional person joining the team due to increased workflow.
Main Duties
• Logging documentation and drawings
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and chasing for necessary return of documents
• Compiling project documentation – status reports – shipping lists and manuals
• Good all - round use of excel preparation of reports.
• Diary Management
• Good level of Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel and PDFs
• Able to communicate with staff at all levels around the globe.
Hours 37.5 Monday to Friday excellent benefits including a good pension package and health cover.
Salary £25,000 plus generous bonus scheme.
