International Tax Senior Associate / Counsel

Our client, an international law firm with a well reputed German tax practice group, is seeking a German qualified attorney or tax advisor to join as an International Tax Senior Associate or Counsel. The successful applicant will be responsible for advising on national and international tax matters in particular in the context of transactions and restructurings. The candidate must have extensive experience in conducting tax due diligence reviews.

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

Proxy Modelling
Location: Fully remote
Start date: ASAP - Can accommodate March start dates
Duration: 6 month + extension
Day rate: Contractors are encouraged to apply at usual market rates outside IR35

Company client currently working with a major life insurer on 3 new proxy modelling positions.

Experience required:

* All qualification levels can be considered
* Good experience of proxy modelling
* Experience of internal model development will be desirable
