Project Actuary - IFRS17 Experience (Outside IR35)

Company client is working with a major insurance client who require support in business critical projects throughout 2023. The client has specifically requested experience and knowledge in IFRS17.

This is a day rate contract position, outside IR35. You must be a UK tax resident to apply.

Start: Summer 2023. Flexible start dates available.
Duration: 6 month initial contract
Status: Outside IR35

Required experience:

A global, top 10 insurer is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to head up the Corporate Tax team, reporting into the Head of Tax. The role offers Hybrid working and is based in Central London.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead a small team, ensuring timely completion of tax returns for local and global entities
* Manage tax reporting, accounting and provisioning
* Liaise with other business functions to drive process improvement relating to tax and increase efficiency
