IT Security Architect
Contract - Rolling extension every 6 months
£700 - £800 daily (Outside IR35)
Bi-Weekly travel required to the office (once every couple weeks)
London/Birmingham office
Company client is looking for a IT Security Architect to join a leading Insurance firm where you would be apart of a large finance modernisation programme.
The successful candidate will have most of the following:
* Relevant application security and/or security architecture experience.
* Experience of project reviews from an IT Security perspective.
* Strong understanding threat assessment techniques.
* Knowledge of cloud security. Microsoft Azure is preferable.
* Have a good understanding of tools and technologies used for automated application security testing, and their place in deployment pipelines.
* Be familiar with DevSecOps cultural movement and practises.
* Have knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as International Standards Organization (ISO) 17799/27001, the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (CobiT) frameworks.
* Have knowledge of the process of performing risk, business impact, control and vulnerability assessments, and defining mitigation strategies.
