Head of IT Service Delivery & Operations

£70,000 per annum
We are looking for a Head of IT Delivery (Operations & Service Delivery) to join a reputable and rapidly expanding organisation. This technology led, industry leader is going through significant positive transformations and are looking for someone to lead that journey!
You'd be responsible for all elements of IT Service Management, Frameworks, Processes, ITIL, Incident & Problem Management, Asset Management, IT Operations, Service Delivery etc.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct line management of the help desk employees and contractors.
* Work closely and partner with Business teams, building effective relationships with stakeholders.
* Drive quality into metrics, building reports focused on improving services. (including measurement of projects plans, deployment schedules, SLAs etc).
* Lead project teams to effectively carry out IT operational requirements and infrastructure solutions.
* Strong Management skills across a variety of areas; Project Management, Financial Management, Change Management etc.
* Develop & maintain documentation & procedures relating to business systems and applications.
* Act as the escalation point for the business and 3rd parties.
