Exciting opportunity for an experienced Embedded Manager for a Technology Consultants in Cambridge!
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a background in software engineering to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of managing software and hardware projects, working closely with our software colleagues and clients to deliver effective solutions.
As the Embedded Manager Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed on time and to a high standard. You should be comfortable with client management, including requirements gathering, meetings, communication, quality control, and change management. You will also be responsible for directing a small team of software engineers to meet deadlines and ensure project plans are progressing steadily.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of good design practices and be comfortable contributing to the development and generation of engineering documentation. You should be well-versed in C and C++ programming and have experience leading a team of software engineers.
As an Embedded Manager Consultant, you will play a major role in the execution of new product development and upgrades of existing solutions. You should be able to quickly escalate problems, report progress to the management team, and ensure all projects meet quality standards.
