We currently have an excellent Application Support Analyst opportunity on a permanent basis, working for a market leading, European wide organisation who are going through a significant period of growth.

Providing support to service desk requests for off the shelf and bespoke business applications. You will have Service ownership/System administration of all aspects of business applications and associated systems. You will also take part in multiple projects to continuously improve these applications.

You will be responsible for setting up, commissioning, installing and security along with licence management and user access.

Key skills & Experience:

* Disaster recovery operations
* Working with service providers on enhancements and resolving incidents within SLA
* ERP Experience
* Experience of CRM and Accounting Applications
* Understanding of BI, SQL, SQL Query, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
* Office 365
* Basic HTML, XML and Powershell scripting experience
* Networking, IIS .NET and infrastructure principles understanding
* Experience of using AWS and Azure
* Knowledge of ITSM tools, e.g. ServiceNow
* Highly desirable to have ITIL Foundation certification

We're just looking for someone form an application support background with a good level of SQL, looking to gain experience in the above.

Mostly remote, you must be willing to commute to Manchester when the need arises and out-of-hours support where required.
